The Most Important Report In MFG -- KSR

KSR is Key Stage Report, It shows the whole production line status in one report. It's a very useful tool when you want to know the line situation deeply.

KSR是重要站點報告,他可以展現整個產獻的狀況.這個報表在深入了解線上狀況時事一個很有用的工具.

KSR is a throughout views, and it record WIP/HWIP (Hold WIP,)/ Wait Time/ Stage Target/Move information by technology.
KSR looks like this format (It's Create by me for a LED FAB, it create by Excle VBA)

KSR是一個縱觀的報表,他紀錄了各產品別的在製品,暫置的在製品,等候時間,站點目標,產出資訊.
KSR報表的格式如同附圖一樣(這是我用Excel VBA所製作的一家LED公司所使用的KSR)




You can see the Technology icon is the up left, it can show whole WIP, or Specific technology WIP, even hot run or Engineering runs.

你可以看到有產品別的按鈕在左上角,他可呈現所有的在製品資料或者特定的產品別的的資料.甚至於可以區分出緊急的貨以及工程貨.



The first columns is for the stage NO, it's an option column, we use column 2 Stage name more often. Stage name show the stage name we can understand, it's a process stage abbreviation. for example, photo stage we will use "PH" to replace it, use "ET" to replace "ETCH".

第一個欄位是站別編號,這是用來識別站別的順序,我們通常使用第二欄當作溝通的名詞.站別名稱是我們容易辨識的名稱,通常是製程名稱的縮寫.舉例來說黃光站點我們會用"PH"來取代,使用 "ET"取代蝕刻站點.

Stage type, is for showing the product is belong to GaN or GaP. These 2 types product have different route. You may split it to 2 different KSR is fine.

站別類型,這是用來顯示這個產品途程是屬於藍光還是紅光.這兩種產品有不同的途程,當然也可以用兩個不同的KSR報表來呈現這兩種不同產品.

The next is P_Move, it is the same stage's move in yesterday. It's for us compare the move situation quickly, the next is Move culminate move from 7:20 until now. Put them together we will check the different very easy. And I usually count the move by every 4 hours to forecast hole day move to check the start. MFG count the daily performance from AM7:20, now I have 20 move at AM11:20, I will guess I will have 120 move today. And I will check yesterday's move is close 120 or not, and find out why. It will help to find out the problems more quickly, and  get your focus on the abnormal stages.

下一個欄位是昨天的各站點產出數.這是讓我們可以快速的比較產出數字. 下一個欄位是當天累積的產出數,我們從早上的7:20累積到目前. 把這兩個產出的欄位放在一起,可以讓我們很快速的比較出之間的差異.我通常會用四個小時當作一個基準來預估一整天的產出. 製造部計算Move 是從當天早上7:20.如果在早上11:20有20個產出,那我可以估計今天可能會產出120片. 然後我就可以跟昨天的產出做比較,看昨天的產出是否也是在120片左右.如果跟120的差距很大,那就要找出原因.這兩個欄位可以幫助我們很快的找到問題,同時集中你的注意力在有問題的站點上.

The next part is about WIP status. Do you remember the definition for the WIP? It include Lot status in Run/Que/Hold, I split it into count lot and count pcs 2 columns, it's for us to more accurate forecast output and detail management. if your company are running mass production maybe you only need one of them.

And the following columns all are the WIP subtotal for Running, Que and Hold. If the move are not good, we will check the WIP profile at the first.  If the WIP profile are excessive concentration, the bottle neck tool can't move these lot so fast, and it will impact your daily move. Manufacturing need to allocate the resource to break up these WIP, minimize the lost tool.

下一個欄位是所有的在製品,是正在機台加工,等候機台加工或是暫置的在製品的總和.我們會先檢查再製品在各站點的分佈,如果在製品的分佈過於集中,瓶頸機台無法讓這些在製品快速的通過,這樣就會影響到你每天的產出數字.製造不需要安排資源來打散這些在製品以減少其他機台閒置的狀況.

On-line supervisor need to using this report to conduct WIP flow and DL actions. In a short production line just need to watch the bottle neck tool and control it well. If you are in a very complex production line, you will need to dispatch tool move for different stages/products, allocate monitor schedule, control wafer readiness , DL attendance and present skill.

帶線的主管需要使用這個報表來結合在製品的流向以及線上作業人員的資源,在一個比較短的生產線上只要注意瓶頸機台並且好好的控制他基本上就可以達成生產目標.但是如果是在一個很複雜的生產線上,你需要去注意機台的派工,把機台的時間分配給不同的站點與產品,並且安排監控片的執行時程,控片是否足夠,作業員的出勤是否正常以及簡報的技巧等.

And this report have 2 special function buttons. 1. show the Lot Detail in WIP. You press Lot_Query you will get the stage WIP list you assigned. It will help you to allocate your WIP first in and first out. 2. show the Move detail, you will find the stage move history data by press this button.

這個報兩個特殊功能的按鈕,第一是看在當站在製品的明細,可以按下"Lot Query"的按鈕可以看到你指定站點的在製品明細.
他可以幫助讓你的在製品在這一站先進先出. 第二個是可以跑出當天產出的明細. 你可以透過這個按鈕去找到這個站別今天產出的歷史紀錄.

This report will help you to monitor line status in time, we request this report are update once in 20 minutes. On-line supervisor need to watch this report all the time, and take actions if any abnormal indices are showing.

這個報表可以幫助你即時的監控線上的狀況,我們會要求這個報表每20分鐘更新一次.線上的主管需要經常的監看這隻報表,並且針對這個報表的異常狀況採取行動.
